DEFINITION OF PARTIES

JOIA, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 1,000 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 894 898 245, sells health food products and offers a distance selling service via the Internet. Head office 10 rue de Penthièvre 75008, Paris. The customer declares to have read the following provisions before placing an order for the products. By choosing to purchase the products, the customer expressly and irrevocably accepts the terms set out below. The customer, prior to his order, declares that the purchase of products on www.joiaparis.fr is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use.

PREAMBLE

ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Products and Services offered by the Seller.

ARTICLE 2 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all sales of Products or Services made through the Company's website and are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. ARTICLE 3 - PRICE

ARTICLE 4 - CONCLUSION OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY TERMS

The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated when ordering and the time indicated. This deadline does not take into account the order preparation time. When the Customer orders several products at the same time, they may have different delivery times delivered according to different methods. For deliveries in Metropolitan France, the time is 2 to 7 working days from the following day on which the buyer placed the order via our website https://joiaparis.fr, 7 to 10 working days to the French Overseas Territories and the rest of the world.

If you choose the Global Relay option, you have 15 days to collect your package. If your package is not collected from a relay point, you will not be able to request a refund for your order.

ARTICLE 8 - AVAILABILITY AND PRESENTATION

Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers.

ARTICLE 9 - PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. The Customer can make payment by payment card or bank check. Secure online payment by credit card is made by our payment provider. The information transmitted is encrypted according to the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network. Once payment is made by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. ARTICLE 10 - WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

ARTICLE 11 - GUARANTEES

ARTICLE 13 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The brands, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the seller. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these General Terms and Conditions. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 14 - FORCE MAJEURE

The execution of the seller's obligations hereunder is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would prevent execution. The seller will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 15 - NULLITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT

If one of the stipulations of this contract were canceled, this nullity would not result in the nullity of the other stipulations which will remain in force between the parties. Any contractual modification is only valid after written and signed agreement of the parties.

ARTICLE 16 - GDPR AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the European regulation on the protection of personal data, you have the rights to question, access, modify, oppose and rectify the personal data concerning you. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you consent to our collection and use of this data for the execution of this contract.

ARTICLE 17 - APPLICABLE LAW

All clauses appearing in these general conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale operations referred to therein, will be subject to French law.
