General questions
Where are you located? Where are your products made?
JOIA PARIS works closely with a partner located near the port of Hamburg, the hub of European tea trade. Our headquarters are based in Paris, where we design our products.
Was my order successfully placed?
As soon as your payment is accepted, you are automatically redirected to a confirmation page. You will then receive an order confirmation email summarizing your order details. If you haven't received an email after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If necessary, contact our customer service and provide the date, name, and amount of your order.
I've just placed an order, how long do I have to wait?
We ship orders within 1 or 2 business days. During holidays or sales periods, our carriers may experience delays, so you may have to wait a few extra days. But rest assured, JOIA PARIS does everything possible to ensure delivery as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange my product?
Once the product is opened, we cannot exchange or refund it for hygiene reasons, as we are unable to resell it. Please take your time when choosing your products. If you need help deciding, don't hesitate to contact us.
Who are JOIA products suitable for?
Our products are suitable for all adults except those with high blood pressure or heart conditions.
How long can the product be used after opening?
Each product has its expiration date listed. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts.
Are JOIA PARIS products really safe?
Our suppliers comply with all European standards. Our products are made in Germany and France, countries renowned for their excellence and expertise. It is therefore completely safe to use our product.
Are your products really effective?
You will notice results after a few weeks if taken regularly and consistently. For best results, it is important to repeat the course for several months, ideally 3 months.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order delivery using the tracking number you will receive by email
Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?
Once you have received your order confirmation email, you will no longer be able to modify or cancel it. However, you may return the items after receiving them for a refund. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
I have an issue with tracking my order
Sometimes the carrier takes 1 or 2 business days to update your order status. If after 2 business days your order number still hasn't updated or simply doesn't work, please contact us at contact@joiaparis.fr and we will provide you with more information about your order.
