10. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of order confirmation, except for products listed in Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a withdrawal statement to the following address:

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days from the date the Company is notified of the withdrawal by the Consumer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Consumer.

You will be refunded the full amount paid for the order (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days after the Company receives your withdrawal request.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as was used for the purchase.
